Things to See and Do in Mesa
Mesa is the third largest city in Arizona and offers plenty to do for
residents and visitors alike! Here are some of our favorites:
The Mesa Amphitheatre, part of the Mesa
Convention Center complex, is an open-air venue that hosts commercial concerts,
festivals and community events throughout the year. Visit

Hohokam Stadium, Spring Training
home of the Chicago Cubs, is just one mile north of the Mesa Convention Center.
In addition to being one of the premiere stadiums for Cactus League Spring
Training, the Stadium also hosts events and festivals throughout the year, and
is used for
Arizona Fall League Baseball.
Within walking distance of the Mesa Convention Center is the
Mesa Arts Center, the most
comprehensive arts complex in Arizona. Also in downtown Mesa is the
Arizona Museum of
Natural History, which includes everything from dinosaurs to local history
and geography. And just a few doors down is the
Arizona Museum for Youth
where kids can experience art hands-on.
Golf! Arizona is known for it's outstanding golf courses, and Mesa has some
great courses to choose from. Enjoy a round or two at the award winning
municipal 18-hole Dobson Ranch
Golf Course, owned and operated by the City of Mesa.
Feel like grinding? Check out Reed
Park Wheels Court, where skateboarders can put their skills to the test in a
donut bowl with a 12' long and 6' high spine and separate grinding areas.
